On October 30, 2023, the unveiling ceremony of the Semiconductor Thermal Field New Materials Forum and Thermal Field Materials Innovation Center was officially held in the 519 Star Can Lecture Hall of Yongjiang Laboratory.

The Yongjiang Laboratory Thermal Field Materials Innovation Center is a collaborative innovation center established by Liufang Technology joining Yongjiang Laboratory. Liufang Technology is committed to the research and development of new semiconductor materials, focusing on key coating materials for processes such as crystal growth, epitaxy, and etching on semiconductors. The Yongjiang Laboratory Thermal Field Materials Innovation Center focuses on the application of CVD silicon carbide coating technology in the semiconductor industry, researching basic scientific issues related to CVD silicon carbide coatings, and conducting application-oriented technology development for silicon carbide coating trays, injecting soul and fresh blood into the product development and innovation of Six Party.

Yongjiang Laboratory is a new type of scientific research institution approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Government to focus on research in new materials and related fields, with independent legal personality as a public institution. The Yongjiang Laboratory Thermal Field Materials Innovation Center is committed to fundamental research and related application technology research in thermal field materials. It mainly conducts forward-looking research on scientific issues such as chemical vapor deposition and develops key thermal field materials for industrial development.

At the same time as the unveiling, the Semiconductor Thermal Field New Materials Forum was also held, which was part of the first Global Youth Science and Technology Elite Forum of Yongjiang Laboratory.

The forum focuses on the development trends, application scenarios, and process development of thermal field material technology, as well as the sharing of research results and innovative thinking about the industry. Many top experts and scholars in the industry gathered together to give wonderful speeches and reports.
